Harmony Properties Company Profile

Harmony Properties, Inc. was formed in May, 1986, to provide management for apartment properties.   The company presently owns and manages 17 properties containing 2208 units.  In the past 13 years, the company has specialized in the acquisition, rehabilitation and management of properties in metro Atlanta.  Since 1991, the company has acquired and rehabilitated 1600 units of affordable housing in twelve projects.

Founded in 1983 as J. J. Cross and Sons, Harmony Properties, Inc. became the management entity in 1986.  In 1989, the company began doing extensive renovations of purchased properties, adding value as older properties were restored to like-new condition.
